Synopsis
Rudo lives in the sky city, among the poor who scrape by under the wealthy who simply drop their refuse into the abyss below without concern. When Rudo is framed for murder, he's thrown over the edge — into the Cleaners, the forgotten world below that receives everything the upper city discards. He survives. He discovers that discarded objects, in the hands of a Cleaner who understands them, become weapons.
